OUR STORY
GT Motorworks is built on four generations of engineering and racing heritage. It all began in the 1950s, when our founder's grandfather Joseph Khoury represented Auto Union and Fiat in Lebanon and won the Lebanese Rally Championship after competing in the Rallye Acropolis. That passion was passed down through the family, with multiple members racing professionally in national and international events.
Today, the legacy lives on through our founder Gilbert Khoury—a graduate of MIT and Georgia Tech—who has combined technical expertise with competitive racing. His career spans R&D collaborations with Ferrari, Bugatti, Lamborghini, Porsche, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and Ducati, as well as leadership roles in Michelin Test Drives, overseeing engineering for elite vehicles like the Bugatti Veyron and Ferrari.
GT Motorworks blends tradition with innovation, offering restoration, performance tuning, and precision maintenance for high-end vehicles. Every project reflects a commitment to engineering excellence and a racer’s spirit.
